Nothing is hidden. We only charge for what you need so things like an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) are chargeable but only if you need one. And we’ll give you a full breakdown of costs beforehand.

Yes, by law you need one before you sell, but we can arrange this for you if you wish.

Yes you can. However some solicitors don’t use the handy client update system that works really well for our sellers so you might decide its better to use one on our list but its up to you. Feel free to get a quote and then decide.

You can log in to the client portal anytime for live updates, giving you control over how you sell. And don’t forget, our experienced estate agents are here to help too.

Yes we can but to keep costs as low as we can for all sellers this is an optional extra.

Not all sellers want someone else carrying out viewings, many prefer to do this themselves but if you’d prefer this option it is available for £300.

It can vary but in general around 1.5% of the price plus VAT so for an average semi in England that’s a whopping £4360.00 (including VAT) compared to our £829 inc vat (based on UK House Price Index all property styles, England as at Jan 2018) if you sell with GetAnOffer Express.
